Hours: 2–3 days per week (school hours), with some flexibility around days
Mini Minds Child & Adolescent Psychology is looking for a calm, organised Practice Manager to support the day-to-day running of our clinic. This role suits someone who enjoys systems, problem-solving, and helping a busy clinic feel smooth and well-held.
What you’ll do

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and front-of-house flow

Support reception/admin processes (bookings, client communications, diary management)

Help coordinate rosters and clinician schedules

Maintain and improve clinic systems, templates, and checklists

Support accurate billing/admin workflows and reporting (as required)

Use practice software to keep processes tidy and consistent (including Halaxy)
What we’re looking for
Required
-
Admin/operations experience in a busy setting
-
Strong organisation and communication skills
-
High attention to detail and professionalism with sensitive information
-
Ability to problem-solve and learn new systems quickly (essential)
Preferred
-
Practice management experience in private health / allied health
-
Experience with Halaxy (or similar practice management software)
