Building Calm Around
School Worries & Transitions

If school mornings, getting out the door, or drop-offs feel tense, teary, or full of worry, you’re not alone.
This one-hour workship is for parents who want calmer mornings, smoother goodbyes, and more confidence supporting their young person through school worries. We’ll focus on understanding what anxiety is trying to do, how to respond in ways that build safety (without accidentally feeding the worry), and simple tools to help your child feel more settled over time.
We’ll weave in group discussion and gentle, solution-focused brainstorming with other parents facing similar worries.
We hope to see you there!
